We collect account information (name, email), business data you input (leads, conversations, calls), and usage analytics. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send you product updates, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the Service: Twilio (SMS/calls), ElevenLabs (AI voice), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and row-level security. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
