Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

If you experience a service outage or billing error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Usage-based charges

Pass-through usage from third parties (Twilio SMS/calls, ElevenLabs voice minutes) is non-refundable once consumed.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
