By accessing or using AIWASSI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AIWASSI provides AI-powered sales automation tools including lead capture, AI voice calls, SMS follow-up, and payment collection. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activity under it, and compliance with all applicable laws including TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM when contacting leads.
You may not use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal activity, harassment, or any purpose prohibited by Twilio, ElevenLabs, Stripe, or other underlying providers.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service integrates with Twilio, ElevenLabs, Stripe, and others. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWASSI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
